본 장치는 반도체 확산 또는 증착설비의 O2농도를 모니터링하여 Gas Leak상태를 확인, 또는 Interlock을 설정하여 외기유입으로 인한 Process 사고발생을 대비코자 Diffusion 설비에 장착 후, HOST통신을 통하여 지속적으로 설비의 O2 농도를 분석할 수 있는 기기임.

RS-232 service port, 0-5VDC analog oxygen signal by M/C Monitoring Interface
